Bukola Omokehinde is the founder and CEO of Growdiance. You can call her the Queen of networking and relationship building. In 2019, Bukola concluded her undergraduate studies with an internship offer from Bank of America, United Kingdom on her hand - which she converted to a full-time offer upon completion.
At Growdiance, Bukola brings her expertise in story-telling, content creation and relationship building to expand the reach and growth of the community - and to help as many young people as possible with the support they need to navigate their personal and professional journey.
In her spare time, you can find her absorbing nature, reading a good book and catching up with a wide range of people.

Veronica Aina
Veronica Aina is the COO of Growdiance. You can call her the Queen of doing the DAMN thing. She has just concluded her Law School with two international offers on her hand. Veronica has so many interests that she never holds back on exploring - including fashion, make-up, international policy, tech, research and entertainment. She also leverages her strong networking skills to build meaningful relationships with executives of multinationals through LinkedIn.
At Growdiance, Veronica brings her organisational skills and breaking huge ideas into actionable pieces to ensure that we are consistently adding value to our community of young people.
In her spare time, you can find her watching movie, reading, sewing, volunteering and being the life of the party!
