AIG SCHOLARSHIPS 2024/2025 FOR STUDY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD

Over £50,000 is awarded for each of the twenty-nine scholarships, nurturing future public sector leaders. VODAFONE DISCOVER GRADUATE PROGRAMME FOR AFRICANS 2023



This opportunity offers a permanent job role accompanied by a two-year skills training program designed to nurture future leaders. Applicants must have completed their undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2023, with the program starting on February 1, 2024.


The initiative provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning, all while receiving a full salary and employee benefits. MANDELA WASHINGTON FELLOWSHIP FOR YOUNG AFRICAN LEADERS



The Mandela Washington Fellowship is inviting around 700 young leaders to join a comprehensive program in the U.S. during the summer of 2024, focusing on skills development and leadership empowerment. The fellowship includes a Leadership Institute, industry exploration, a Summit for African leaders, interactions with U.S. leaders, and networking opportunities.

The selection process is merit-based, involving application reviews and interviews. Eligible candidates, aged 25-35 (with exceptions for ages 21-24), must not be U.S. citizens or residents, should hold a J-1 visa eligibility, be proficient in English, and come from specified African countries. Fellows should also show leadership achievements, commitment to public service or mentorship, cooperative skills, communication abilities, and a plan to contribute back to their communities in Sub-Saharan Africa.

AREF RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME FOR 2023/24



AREF has launched the 2023/24 Research Development Fellowship Programme, offering opportunities for talented African health researchers. This initiative aims to cultivate emerging scientists by enhancing their skills and confidence while conducting research tailored to Africa's needs. UNESCO-HAMDAN PRIZE FOR TEACHER DEVELOPMENT 2023 (TOTAL OF $300,000)



Applications and nominations are invited for the UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development's eighth edition.
