THE ENI SCHOLARSHIP FUND AT ALT SCHOOL AFRICA
Alt School Africa has collaborated with Popular Influencer and EU-Africa Ambassador, Enioluwa Adeoluwa to offer scholarships for students interested in tech-based skills. They will provide 100% scholarships to the top 10 students with the highest scores after assessment and 50% scholarships to the other 90 students. To be eligible, applicants must use the discount code ENI during the application process, be between the ages of 18 and 28, and have a minimum of a High School/Secondary School certificate. They should also be computer literate and willing to commit to the program. HOSTWRITER STORY PRIZE 2023
The annual award by Hostwriter for exceptional collaborative journalism is now accepting entries! To be eligible, the stories must have been written, researched, and published by July 31st, 2023. The Hostwriter Prize offers two categories: the Story Prize and the Pitch Prize.
For the Story Prize, journalists must collaborate and publish their work by July 31st, 2023. It's open to teams of two or more journalists who have utilized Hostwriter during their research or are existing members of Hostwriter. The three winning collaborative stories will receive 1,000 euros each.
The Pitch Prize rewards a team of journalists with a promising story idea that they intend to realize with the support of Hostwriter. Journalism students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. The two winning teams will each receive 1500 euros for their projects. The deadline for applications is August 31, 2023, and the winners will be publicly announced in November 2023.
